 Post subject: changing hulls

i got a different set of hulls for my 16 and i got the tramp frame switched tonight my question is how do you know when the dolphin striker is tight? is there a torque spec? is there anything i can put in the frame where the hulls attach to make future removal easier if ever needed? also shold i just use silicone for the drain plugs or would 5200 be better? thanks for any help. dennis

Just tighten it until it makes a high pitched twang when you hit it. It'll make a dull noise if it's not tight enough.

Too tight and you can mess up the corner castings since they're just aluminum.
