Separation of Hulls from Tramp Frame

I have been trying for days to remove my Hobie 16 hulls from the trampoline frame ass'y. Starboard needs replacement (snapped due to a big wind gust) and the port side needs to be painted.

I have sprayed wd 40 and penetrateing oil in the joint, heated with a propane torch, applied pressure with a scissor jack and many, many hits with a 5 pound hammer. Rear pins have come free but the front pins have not moved at all.

Please respond, if any one has any idea's on how to separate the hull pins from the tramp bracket.

I'm also trying to remove a couple of hulls from a tramp frame for parts on my good boat. You mention a sledge, how do you get room to swing it, there's just maybe 6" of clearance from the top of the hull to the corner castings. In addition, won't this break the castings, at least the corners look like cast Al. I'm reluctant to hit them too hard.

We have a rubber mallet, it has some kind of sand or something in it. There is not a lot of room so you kinda go to hit it on an angle.
