Help: Trampoline rail - the screws are pulled from hull.

Apparently a bunch of my friends got on my trampoline when I wasn't there. It basically pulled the side rail away from the hull… screws and all. So the trampoline still stays in place because it's still secured from the bow and stern side... but the side rail is pulled out as seen below. I'm not sure what you call that side rail. Anyhow, I'm looking for ideas on how to repair this. Obviously the screws have been yanked out, essentially, pulling the plastic with it. So I'm going to have to fill in the plastic with something… and then screw the rail back in. Any ideas?

I've included two photos below showing the actual damage… which doesn't show aaaallll the screws that have been yanked out, just a closeup of a few of them. And the other image is just showing you where on the boat I'm talking about -- circled in red.

Larger diameter screws or / and new ones between the old locations.

I like the suggestion to put screws in between the old locations. What about filling in the stripped screw holes? I'm concerned about water getting in them.

Something like 3M 5200 or Sikaflex. You need an aggressive sealant.

It would be great to put #8 SS machine screws in there if only there was a way to get at the inside of the hull to hold a nut and flat washer. How about one of those butterfly inserts that when you tighten the screw in insert collapses on the inside making it impossible to pull out??

I ended up filling in the stripped holes with 5200 and then putting screws in between the previous holes. Not all the screws were stripped out… mainly 85% of the ones in the center. The ends of the holding rail were still intact. The rail itself needed to be pre-drilled. We removed the rail and drilled it in the shop and then reattached it. The hull didn't seem like it needed any pre-drilling, so we didn't do it. We reattached the trampoline and sailed and fished. It all seemed to work great. Thanks for your suggestions.
