Pop up storm flipped it on the beach before I could tie it down. Wing mount cracked the forward crossbar end cap. Do I have to disassemble the whole side? I can see the two top rivets.

I take it you're talking about the main beam that connects the two large bolts and mount for the wing seats. The very forward cross bar or spreader bar is for the jib bridle. But basically yup, you'll have to pull the boat apart to remove the beam, drill out the old rivets and replace the end cap, call your dealer for the correct replacement part, I had to replace the traveller car on my rear beam a while back, it's the same procedure, don't forget to empty the old rivets out of the beam otherwise they'll rattle around in there when its back together .
Hope this helps..
