...but it makes righting the capsized Getaway MUCH easier.

So, my question is about how often you use your Mama Bob.

Yes... Mama Bob is the Getaway mast float.

We first had "Bob" a float for the Hobie 21 Sport Cruiser. Then "Baby Bob" (Smaller) float for the Hobie Wave. These high volume hull boats are extremely difficult to right if they go "turtle" which id completely upside down.
