Getaway Maintenance

I have a 2003 Getaway up in Ontario Canada. I remove the tramps at the end of every season and let the boat winter outside. At the beginning of the season I lace everything up, re-rig, and away I go. So far I have done nothing special to maintain the boat, whereas when I sailed my Laser, I would remove all hardware, apply silicone caulk to all attachment areas, and re-install everything every couple of years.

Are there any areas or parts that should be caulked, tightened, re-greased, etc. after this amount of time?

We just wash ours after every sail....for the winter we take the mast off...and wrap it in this heavy duty plastic so water doesn't get in and freeze...and we cover the boat with a tarp....but as far as special maintenance...we don't really do any.
