I am looking for a solution to lift my wave out from the water to on top of my floating dock. The floating dock is 20 inches above the water, and I am 62 years old, with not the greatest back, so lifting is an issue.
Two questions, does anybody know of a solution to help me lift my wave out of the water from 20 inches from where you are standing. I am in a high traffic area along the coast of South Carolina. I have dock blocks for my motor boat but to add a dock block section for my hobie wave, would cost $4800, yikes. Any ideas?
A second possible solution, I don't have a jib for the wave but might consider it. Would a jib spreader, which is in a great location (top of the hulls) for lifting, be strong enough to lift the boat from the water to the floating dock? Not just once, but would be for each time I take the wave out on the water.
