I added a down haul to my wave, there are no instructions with the kit. Where should the 2nd pulley be mounted below or above the cleat

I would think that the block (pulley) that’s mounted to the mast should be above the cleat so that the cleat doesn’t interfere with the downhaul line, causing drag.
