Oh boy, I've got two more weeks before I can pick up my new Wave. I dont think I am going to make it. Fingernails have already been chewed off. I've been trying to fly fish to kill the time. I may have to borrow my friend's 16 for a quick fix.

I've been dreaming up a camping/cruising trip to take on the Wave - pack my stuff in a waterproof bag, tie to the tramp and take off.

Pray for me, I dont think I can make two more weeks of waiting.

Congrats! If you have only half as much fun as I do on mine, it will be worth every penny!

Saturday, man, the wind was P E R F E C T! I was flying a hull for over an hour, took a lunch break, went back out and flew spme more, screaming alongside windsurfers and kite surfers.

Getting that baby to sit pretty at 15 - 20 mph is just way too much fun!!!

I was limping a little on Sunday from sore muscles, but GAZOOKS, what a day!

5 months?! Ouch.

I may get a Hobie break soon - my friend is trying to organize a multihull fleet at a local YC regatta this weekend. He thinks he can find a boat for me to skipper, which sounds hella fun. I wish I had the Wave to enter in that fleet.

I understand the money part. You should try to hook up with some other sailors and bum rides until you've saved all your dough. Good luck.
