Someone is modifying a Hobie 16 Trailer for me to use with a Hobie Wave, but he needs to know how far apart the cradles need to be. They are currently 7' for the larger boat. I don't have my wave yet as I need the trailer first to pick it up. Can anyone help me out with a width. I know that the beam on the boat is 7', but I don't know what the width is from center of hull to center of hull. Also, does it vary along the length of the boat?
Any help would be much appreciated. Reading all these posts is getting me very excited to get back out on the water. It's been way too long!
