New Waves come with a thick white & blue rope which is to be tied to the sides of the front crossbar (by where it enters the hull). It's long enough to throw over the upper hull and give you a pull-loop to right it. But you may be able to right it just by grabbing the tramp lacing and leaning back.
The real key is getting the bow pointed into the wind, so the sail helps you.
Then you have to scamble back on board, before the boat takes off again!
