Post subject: Looking for part name/# - 2 little plugs on side of hull

There are two little plugs on the outside of each hull. One of the plugs is missing on my wave. It looks like it covers a little screw hole. Can anyone point me where to get a replacement or what the part is? I don't see it in the parts diagram. Thanks.

I suppose you could also put a screw in the inserts. They wont get knocked out.

Machine screw size is 1/4-20.

Yes...

8030331 SCREW 1/4-20 X 5/8 PHMS-P SS

The plastic panel rivets are cheaper. Not sure about depth without the hardware (chain plate) thickness. The hole is not clear through.

Ah... that's what I wanted to know. I have missing caps too and was worried about water entry so filled the holes with silicone. Waste of time, I guess
