http://standnfish.com/index.html, I first went there for a laugh.
However, once I got on the site, I realized this might be the answer a 72 year old wanting to fish in N California windtunnels*, better known as our lakes, rivers and supposedly protected bays. One of the site's video's shows the StandnFish mounted on a Revolution, and another shows the combo used for fishing tarpon.
I have communicated with the owner/manager of StandNFish, and he owns a Revo and often uses it for his personal fishing with his StandNFish.
He is able to get to and from his fishing sites with the Mirage powered Revo. Once on the site he lowers the pontoons and then stands, casts and fish. When he comes back, he raises the pontoons and pedals his Revo back. He really likes his Revo and his FishNStand.
There is a You Tube showing a satisfied customer with his Outback and StandNFish. The rig appears to be really stable for a good sized guy.
I would appreciate any feedback on the use of the StandNFish with a Revo and or an Outback.

*Re the wind. One of my younger relatives is a top exec with a heavy duty construction company, and they pay a fair sum for short and long range weather forecasts. The long and short says high winds in our area for this year and possibly next year.
I think a Revo would enable me to get to and from our fishing areas with the StandNFish. Then I could stand and fish and maybe more important get back to the launch site safely.
I want to stand and cast my two handed fly rods from my kayaks. That addiction was reconfirmed with a very successful Shad fishing/wading on a very high and fast N California river. My Switch rod enabled me to minimize my wading in potentially dangerous high and fast water. I was able to fish close in 30'-40' and 60-70' out with minimal wading re depth in the water. Those of us with the two handed rods out fished two very good casters with one handed fly rods. Both of the one hand casters took an uncomfortable spill in very cold and potentially dangerous water as they tried to wade out further to get to the Shad.
