I want to secure a plastic frame to the bottom of my Revo to hold a 25lb battery.
I've never use goop....will it be strong enough to hold the frame in place. If not, any other ideas out there ?

Per the spec's, it looks pretty solid..........

You really need "Sailing GOOP" for best result...

Seriously, GOOP is GOOP. They are all the same product in different packages. Marine, Shoe, Household, Plumbers, etc., all the same GOOP.

Yes, clean the hull, lightly scour with Scotchbrite or 400 grade paper, dust off (do not wipe with a solvent a second time) and spread the GOOP evenly over the mating surfaces. Press into place and allow 24 hours to dry. The beauty of GOOP is that it is tenacious and holds rather well, but with some effort can be removed if you ever desired to do so.

Rough up the hull with coarse sandpaper and use Lexel.
