I purchased a Hobie anchor trolley kit for my Outfitter & I am not sure quite how to install it. The instructions suggest the fore & aft pulleys be about 12" from the bow/stern. There is no way to reach that far forward from the forward hatch. It would be about 3" from the bow. I don't think it would be a good idea to deploy the anchor 3' from the bow.
The top line that has the anchor clip does not get anchored to the kayak & it appears that it would be laying on the rail or somewhat inside the kayak.

Has anyone installed one on an Outfitter? The instructions are for an Outback.

Thanks, Les
