Went out the other morning when the air temps were in the low 50's. The water temp started out at 66. There was a light fog rising off of the water at 8am when I launched and tried a popper to see if anything would rise up. After a dozen cast without any intrest in the bait, I switched over to a 3/16 oz finesse jig and a tube craw. I would cast it out and drag it back keeping in contact with the bottom. it didn't take to long to get some action. I landed 30 Bass in 5 hours with two going over 3 pounds! I also used a wacky rigged worm when the fish started cruising and were suspended over the grass. Enjoy!
