I ordered a H-bar for my outback. I know the 2015 hull is designed for the H-bar but mine is the older version. Has anyone installed one on an older outback?

I also use the sail kit and was hoping to fold my H-bar back over my seat so that I can use it with the sail furled. Anyone tried that? I thought about trying to mount it on the back too so that I can stand in the back and fish. I would love to see some creative H-bar mounting on an outback with the sail kit.

Not sure about the H-Bar folding aft, but the new H-Bars are "universal" to fit a wider variety of kayaks. You can mount at the original or mount to H-Rails... easier way / style.
