Skirt for front of vantage CT seat

Anyone have DIY fix for a skirt to front of the vantage CT seat?

Reason being to stop tackle etc sliding out of reach under seat and/or fouling raising and lowering of seat. Seat is always in lowest position (revo 16), with front bar raised or lowered as condition dictate, so there is not enough space for effective storage, other than in recess just in front of bar.

When I had it fixed at a set height I used to wedge a noodle under bar, now that i raise and lower the bar I can't do this, so looking for alternative solution.

I need to work on this too. I keep losing bait fish when they slip out of my hand and go under the seat.
