I think there was a change in the rudder and skeg control in 2017 pa 17. It's sO easy to pull up the rudder and skeg compare to my 2015 pa 14. Ten times smoother like no need to pull hard the lines... big improvement... I feel like it was using a harken block as I don't feel any tensions at all.

Hobie, can someone let us know if theres a change and if this can be retrofitted in pa 14.
Is the same change implemented in PA14 2017?
