Need some help. New to me Hobie Tiger after a few sails noticed rudder crack. Further investigation revealed a previous owners patch job (didn't inform me). Questions on repairing since they are hard to find replacements . Only found a few in Denmark and one carbon fiber one on Ebay. I live in Seattle area (Gig Harbor)

bad location for a crack, about as high load as it gets. need to remove enough material to put a couple layers of carbon in. honestly buying a replacement may be the best option. no experience with the link below but they've got tons of parts.
