That brings up the problem we're having. Once we drill these beautiful new epo2's, what happens if we're a little off and need to redrill. Fill with epoxy resin and try again? Should we use some glass filler? Getting nervous just thinking about it. Want to make sure we are as accurate as possible before we drill :cry: . If I can't get a template I'm comfortable with, I will probably drill the bottom hole, mount and establish the rake, then drill the top.

For either boat you can use the original rudder as a guide. We lined up the 20 blade with the 16 and aligned the leading edge. First shot is what we got... worked great. That is shown in an earlier H20 post.

The 16 would be very easy. The rudders are the same shape. If you are using the max rake we get now... you might have to sweep it just a bit more forward.

I just have too much going on right now to get the template done.
