Matt,

Is there a difference between the EPO's off and 18 VS EPO's off of a 16 (other than hole location)?

There is a 18 that has EPO's that has been sitting around for years that I thought I might try to swing a deal for.

No difference. There was only one version of the EPO. Plug the holes and drill new ones.
