summer first sail

worked on the Hobie 21 se for weeks finally got it on the water and up on the dock where it floats behind the house. Last week beautiful day 98 in the shade and a 15 mph wind and the first sail of the day. The 3 hp mercury kicked over on the first pull and we were off up the narrow cove Great Time we went about 50 feet and the motor coughed and then quit. In this wind there was not enough wind to safely turn around in the narrow cove. I got out the paddle and began a epic battle to get out of the cove. to paddle a 21 straight into a headwind is no fun
