The cleat that holds the rudder up/down lines in place on my green i11s has snapped in two. Is this covered under warranty?

If not covered, I see there’s a kit available with two extra cleats along with some extra d rings (wrong color, though). Is there anywhere to buy just the cleat or a kit with green parts and how would I remove the old one to replace? Or do I just leave it and epoxy the new one elsewhere?

I have it carabinered to some zip ties around the seat leg for now but the rudder keeps riding up making steering very difficult.

Thanks

The warranty would be within 2 years of purchase.
