I found the following results that will hopefully be a time-saver for others with the same needs:

1] Detailed Hobie inflatable leak repair instructions were found in the in the "Kayak Leak Detection and Repair instructions" section of a historic pre-2019 i11s manual:

Besides the "Kayak Leak Detection and Repair instructions" the manual also had useful information on basic kayaking that does not seem to be included in more recent Hobie manuals.
