You are one sanctimonious so-and-so, I'll give you that, Tri. You know damn well, as closely as you monitor my messages, that the problem was resolved almost a month ago now, and that everything with the boat is fine. Your instigation seems to have no bounds. How you can come on here and pretend to play nice after sending me threatening personal messages is beyond me. Does it mean that much to you that people think you are superior on this forum? I've asked you several times now to stop making your sarcastic, holier than thou messages on my posts. I don't do it on your posts. Why do you insist on stalking me and berating me on here?
As for hands on, I did not buy a kit boat, so I believe I have every right to complain about having to assemble one. It's really not your concern and does not affect you if you'd only stop trolling my posts. Play simple if you like.
If you want to keep stirring the pot, I will explain to you once again why I did not try to tow an 18' boat from the New Orleans dealer to my home (besides the fact that I didn't want to drive 90 miles to buy something). My utility trailer is 10 feet long. The boat is 18 feet long. 18 feet minus 10 feet equals 8 feet of boat that would have hung off the end of my trailer. First of all, it is illegal in this state you claim to know so much about. Secondly, it is quite dangerous to the public and the boat. The boat comes about an inch from scraping the road when you tow it like that.
I get to the lake with the boat on the proper trailer just fine. I didn't want to risk towing it on the proper trailer when it was boxed from the factory. I also didn't foresee Hobie screwing up the delivery so there was no need to worry about where I bought it. Please stop beating this horse, it has been explained to you sufficiently. Hobie sent me a bare hull, not my dealer. My dealer has been exemplary in his service to me. And stop accusing me of milking anything, you didn't need to come back to my post again, you had nothing relevant to say.
I also never said I couldn't get to the lake due to harsh weather. Please stop fabricating things to nag me about. I really do not know what your problem is, sir, but you should really think about what you do. You present yourself as a fool.
