I took delivery of a 2015 AI from a local dealer in Houston a around 10 days ago and I am still waiting on the Manual that the dealer is saying contains the missing parts to my sail (a couple of the batten's) and the Manufacturing Statement of Origin (MSO). The MSO I am told is in the manual and I need it to register the AI. Is anybody else having similar issues or is my dealer giving me the run-around.

James

That is an odd one... Maybe they misplaced it or we somehow missed putting it in the boat. There would be the small batten caps... not battens. The MSO is not in the packet from us. These are printed and sent after we sell a boat to a specific dealer. The MSO has to assign ownership of the boat to the specific dealer, in our warehouse, boats are not assigned to anyone yet.
