I have a 2015 AI that I got hobie tramps for and the initial install has them cinched as far as they will go and the tramp is already sagging. I am guessing they will just get worse from here since I can't cinch them any further. Does the AI 2015 require different tramps than other years?

I would post a picture, but it is not clear on where to upload the picture.

Your dealer has sold you the wrong set. The 2015 AI requires the TI / 2015 AI version... they are shorter.

Is this a totally new version or is it the pre 2015 TI trampolines.

As I understand it, the distance between the akas on the 2015 AI is the same as the TI ( new and old are the same)
