The front Xbar on my AI-2 seems to be drilled/tapped for a third Harken block.

Pete, it is my understanding that the extra position is there in anticipation of Hobie's long awaited headsail.

One can only hope that the reacher prototype as seen at the aborted EC Challenge soon becomes available, and that extra position will be put to awesome use!
