Are there diagrams for tieing down a TI to a Hobbie trailer?

No official diagrams. If on the cradles, straps or line over the hull near the cradles. Not too tight. One at the bow.

Right, don't overdo things with too much pressure/tightness. If the boat is sitting on the foam covered cradles, it doesn't take a lot of pressure to ensure that it won't slide around. Put a lightly tensioned bow line on it too.
