Having gotten the message about maintainence/adjustment/inspection.... I notice that my most-used pedal adjustment holes (#6) are becoming noticably ovalized.

This is coming from somebody who is spatial-relationships-impaired so cut me a little slack if it's a dumb question.

The Question: Can the drums be reversed/swapped so that the #2 holes become the #6 holes and vice-versa - thus putting off the $60+ replacement cost when they get close to failure?

There is a single part number for the drums. Both are the same so reverse away.
