Seawall launching ideas

I am picking up a used Island Tandem tomorrow. I live on a canal and will need to come up with a way to launch from my seawall. Depending on the tide it will be about a 3ft drop. Has anyone rigged davits or skids to launch from a seawall? Ideas needed.

I use a part of artificial gras (carpet)
5 by 5 feet to launch my AI over rocks/concrete
But remember: a TI is haevier than a AI
So i don’t know or it will work for you

I just put the carpet over the rocks and slide my AI over the carpet

I also have a new TI and am working on a similar issue.
My seawall is 6-10 ft above the water depending on the tide. I do have a floating dock with a ramp that sits about 2 ft off the water. I am able to get the main hull up and down the ramp using a cart and rope pully (so it doesn't get away from me). I then assemble on the dock and slide it into the water. Retrieval is reverse. I was able to do this without help.
I'm Looking for other alternatives. One possibility might be a Crabpot puller I saw on e-bay. Attach it to the seawall, lift the TI and swing it out to the water.
Another is a contractor friend suggested building a cradle for the TI and attach one end to the seawall. Other end floats. TI sits stored on the cradle. We're working on a design.

If you can’t do something permanent, you could put it on a cart about 6 or 7 feet up the hull. Back the cart up to the edge of the seawall and slide it in. Retrieval may be a bit harder.
Could also use 3 or 4 foam rollers and roll it in picking up the rollers as they fall off the seawall.
Just some thoughts.
