Does anyone know a good site that lists inland lake water temperatures? I'm looking at getting out on the water soon with my new TI, but I don't want to freeze to death enjoying my new toy.

I'm not aware of any weather related reports that include inland lake water temperatures. Get yourself a fisherman's thermometer and check for yourself. That's about the only way I know to do it.

Of this you can be certain - when the combined air and water temperature is less than 120F, you have a potentially dangerous situation on hand if you suffer immersion without the proper clothing.

The USGS has level gages at many lakes, and some of them include water temp. Several of my area lakes have them.

This is their interactive mapper, you can dig down to individual gages, then see what data each has available.
http://maps.waterdata.usgs.gov/mapper/index.html

You should be able to wind up at a page like the following for the lake I've been sailing on:

Edit:
If the USGS doesn't have a gage on a particular lake, the Corps of Engineers may have it. They don't have a convenient site like the USGS though, and I'm not sure they bother with temp sensors. There are only a couple lakes in Oklahoma that I have to use a Corps page for level info, neither have temperature.
