2009 HOBIE TANDEM ISLAND ASKING PRICE?

I am thinking about buying a new 2015 Tandem Island. I own a 2009 Papaya TI, which I would like to sell! Does anyone have an idea of what reasonable price I should ask?
It is in near perfect condition and was always stored in my garage. I wipe it down with premium marine boat wax. The vinyl panels in the sail are still perfectly clear. It has only been
sailed in fresh water, so it does not have any signs of corrosion. I only see one or two Hobie Islands (TIs) advertised for sale per year, so I don't have a good idea what I should charge.

It has to be a 2010 (they didn't release the TI until around March 2010). I go my first 2010 TI in I think sometime in April, I remember the price was $4250, the boat has changed very little since then, most of the improvements like the flip up rudder were sent out to all owners, plus any issues with the front AKA brace, and AKA bars if you had problems were always replaced with newer versions if anyone had problems. TI's for sale are very rare and hard to find because everyone loves them so much. If in good condition and everything works I would start at $3500, or a little more if trailer and a few extra's are included.
