For the life of me, I cannot find the part number from the catalogue (Ok, I'm 71 this month, so maybe I have an excuse lol)

Tony:
Even with the double bungy setup it's worth your while to add the little spectra loops, it ends up being under a bucks worth of string, takes all of two minutes of your time to just thread the string in while putting your new bungys on. With the loops in place you can now climb on board the boat over the AMA's. We do a lot of diving and snorkling and everyone sits on the AMA's to put their fins and mask on and off, this is in my opinion one of the most valuable mods you can do on your boat, (simple and easy to do). Obviously everyone has already done the AMA safety lines, which is also a simple as dirt mod easily done by anyone.
I don't go out way off shore in rough conditions so much anymore, but you never know if those types of conditions are going to come upon you (Florida sudden storms, most afternoons thru the summer). I consider the simple mods described above as simple common sense things we all should do to make our boats safer, even if we never plan to sail in rough conditions, you never know if you going to hit a powerboat wake or surf which has enough force to break the nylon sheer pin, or stretch the AMA bungys enough to strip the AMA's off the boat (this has happened to us several times even with double bungys). That water force is very strong, why not do everything you can to prevent the AMA's from folding in, it's just common sense IMO.

I added spectra loops to all 4 ama attachments. Makes it easier for the kids to re-board after they jump off.

Thanks for the advice, but I already have all the hardening mods on my TI. I just want to replace two of the home-made ones I have, which comprise two separate bungee loops joined by a shackle, as it is physically difficult to remove the shackle from the button to relax the bungees.

I might add two more buttons on the rear amas and buy another pair of the new double bungees, for the same reason.

Of course I know you have done all that stuff already, I was just bumping the suggestions out there for maybe new comers to look some of those simple helpful mods up on this great forum.
