Have been changing around the sheeting with the new spinnaker kit. Moving to the rear of the Ama opens the kit up a bit with the slight loss of leech tension. I found it a bit faster and easier to control in stronger winds as it opens up the leech of the spinnaker. Adding tweakers or Barber Haulers then allows to sheet the kite in further allowing you to point higher and or restore leech tension when you need it.

The tweakers are running form the original sheet position on the aka, all they do is pull the sheet closer in to the hull. Nice addition and works well.

Now I AM confused! I spotted your addition of spinnaker blocks at the aft end of the amas, and am waiting to receive my order of the very same. I too had mulled about adding barber haulers, but I just noticed in your video, that every time you tightened the barber haulers, boat speed dropped by up to 2km/h. This has me completely baffled, as the sail certainly >looks< faster.

What's happening, am I missing something?

This is not speed test, ignore it, conditions on that day where not suitable foe demos on performance.

Thanks Alistair, my brain was hurting  but I can see how the tweakers are worth adding.
