My current venue is the Comfort Inn at Pleasantville: a straight shot from Philly via 42 and the AC Expressway. ... Probably about as short a drive (1:26 unimpeeded) as possible from where I live in Paoli - and the wind is consistantly good, fetching in under the causeways directly from the ocean on the prevailing SW.

Extreme Windsurfing's shop is there (ExtremeSurfCam.DynDNS.org) - so there is a social aspect as well.

But I could go for something with a bay launch, but Ocean access.

Corson's, of course, is an option - and, in my windsurfing days, I used to go there; but the currents seem a bit extreme for AI sailing.

Recommendations?
