I just finished a Custom Cover for my PA. Of course I'll have to add an Army Strong Patch in the Center! I made it from ACU 1000 denier Cordura (waterproofed) Nylon straps on front and back with D rings, 5 Nylon cross straps. I made an internal channel for 1/4" bungee cord to tighten up the cover around the PA before tightening the straps.

Just an FYI.. Unfortunately he does not have the pattern anymore nor a PA to base one off of, so he will not be able to make anymore.
