I recently put over 700 miles on the Malone I put together.
Tracked true and the mounts worked very well.

What a great set-up you have. Very creative how you mounted the pipe bunks. What size pipe did you use? Looks like they could move with the straps?

2" and yes they move in order to follow the scupper line during mounting. After mounting the kayak on the pipes I attached the two pipes with the cross piece of strapping on each end so they stay somewhat stable when I slide the kayak on.

Shred - looks awesome...I've been considering the Malone trailer for quite some time. Was it difficult to assemble? Also, where did you purchase from?

Just made a 2200 mile round trip with my malone trailer and 2 kayaks on it. Towed like a dream. I have a Dodge Grand Caravan, no problem on the interstates at all.
