New member and new to kayaks. I am starting to look at some used Pro Anglers. What are some things on a kayak that would tell you not to buy this kayak? Thanks

One of the best things you can do is to check it for leaks. I have a piece of somewhat stiff foam cut-out that will fit into one of the hatches, I have a hole cut out of the center of the foam for my leaf blower to pressurize the hull. Then I spray it down with soapy water, and no you will not over pressurize the hull. I pay particular attention to the mirage drive well and scuppers. Also most used yaks have scratches, just look for deep ones that could be potential problems later. There should be some foam supports on the inside of the PA also. Operate the mirage drive to see if it has any issues, and inspect it for cracks also. Hope this helps.
