Hi Guys,

Has anyone built one,

What I am after is what Aluminium did you use and size, was it box section or I beam?

Anyone that can advise me on making one I would be most grateful

Have you looked at or studied the Hobie Trailex?
It's all aluminum and works very well to carry a PA-14.....I bought one in '11 to carry my Outback and now carry my PA-14.
I upgraded the suspension last October...it's really better now and matches the current offering....the model is SUT-220-S.
