Has anyone tried to load a PA14 using the LockRack System ? Tired of straps but not sure if the LockRack will hold my PA14 360

Since it is a relatively new product you may have to contact the manufacture. It's a great concept it's just so unrealistically priced it's not even considerable for me.

I tested it on my Maui. I looks like it works best for Surfboards and SUPs. The sidebars angle in at a sharp degree, so to get over the height of a PA, the side clamping bar would be pulled pretty far out or the rack.

On my Maui, I use a lifting sling in the garage. The process of removing the side clamps and backing in... installing one side and then having to climb on top of my truck to install the other was very time-consuming. I tried variations and trying to leave the inboard clamps on but due to the height of the bars and the angle-in design... it just didn't work for me. I use a couple of lines to tie the kayak down and they take me just seconds to secure

One nice feature of the Lock Rack is that it does "Lock". But this "Lock" is a simple feature to overcome with a screwdriver. It also can get jammed if you push the side clamps in tighter to hold the boat securely... the plastic lock feature/key can strip.
