Hello Pro Anglers,
I'm new to the site but have been reading your posts for quite a while. I finally convinced myself to get out of my canoe and into a Pro Angler. I went to my local dealer here in NY and he just happened to have a new yellow 2011. He said he had upgraded the mirage drive to the 2012 specs (alignment pin). I bought it on the spot and ordered a Trailex for it. He even drove it to my house in his van. I can't wait to get it on the water and have gotten many ideas on equiptment for it from all of you. If I can upload pictures without screwing up, I would love to share them as I go along. See you out there.

Congrats on your new PA! Just get a free Photobucket account and post your pictures there. Then copy the direct link you can select when viewing the pitcures you uploaded in your online album and the put that link in between the start/end image tags that you add from the tool menu when you post a reply on the forum. That's all there is to posting.

I was out in my PA this morning with 2 other Kayakers on the Gulf coast. It was breezy, but we had a great time. You're going to love the PA!

Thanks for the Welcome! I hope the trailer comes in this week. I've been sitting in the PA in my garage all week getting my fishing gear and safety equiptment together. I will be using my Fishing Buddie fish finder for the time being. The bracket clamps on the side just forward of the side rail. It worked great on my canoe for years. I have to save up some coins for a wired-in unit . No rush. Thanks SRAces for the photo tips.

hows the PA in breaking ice for you all up north? Down here (the great state of TEXAS) we are either in a drought or flooding. But the hardest thing is keeping cool.
