HELP! Do I remove the 2 front pads on the pa 2013 14' when installing seadek ?

No...leave them in place if you are installing the single piece front section (one that wraps around the front floor storage compartment). While some may argue that that will leave air under the material, there is plenty of room for the padding to stick to. If you take those black factory foot pads off, it will leave depressions in the SeaDek where they were. The only original pads you should be removing are the pads under the seat. Post some pictures when you get it installed! :D
