I'm about to buy a Mirage Pro angler 12 and wanted to know what accessories coming or should I buy parts as necessary.

On the 2015s you should get two of horizontal rod storage racks that attach to the H-rail as well a cup holder that attaches to the h rail. I believe that's it accessory wise.

If you're looking for accessories to buy, the best lost cost one i have purchased to date is a secondary steering handle. Having pretty bad arthritis, it is very advantageous to be able to steer from either side of the PA.
