Does anyone own a pa with a anchor wizard? How have you set it up? Bow or stern? In a river would the stern anchor be an issue with the water catching the rutter or keel? If there is anyone with information or pictures please post with information. Thank you

I don't know if you're asking about the hand crank or the anchor. If you're talking about the crank handle, I guess it depends whether you are right or left handed. If you're talking about the anchor, here at the coast we usually fish with the wind. That means that dropping the anchor in the back of the kayak orients you to fish with the wind.

Does anyone use an anchor wizard? I picked up a small hand winch. I want to install an anchor on the back of my PA just like drift boat. Looking for some ideas?

I made an adapter to an H-rail mount but haven't tried it out yet. It's only for still water with a light anchor. For chironomid fishing you need front and rear anchors so I'll try to rig it on a trolley to the rear and I have a small divers reel for the front.ImageImage
