I posted a while back about finding a small amount of water in the hull after an outing lasting a couple hours. Well today since I'm off work and board out of my mind I took the PA outside and rinsed her off. I sprayed heavily around every hatch and found no water in the hull. So I ruled out leaky hatches.
I then put the boat on its side and went over the hull thoroughly.

And found this. It's where the sail mast tube connects to the bottom of the hull, I don't believe it's a crack but a pretty deep gouge. That spot of the hull protrudes out a 1/4" or so and creates a "high spot". I covered it in "goop" and we will see how it does.
Has anybody else seen an incident like this? Any words of wisdom to dealing with the situation?
Thanks!
