PA14 TM mount - H Rail Universal mounting plate

Will buy Torqeedo once I found myself addicted on saltwater fishing. It's hard to justify the Torqeedo cost when you're only fishing at the lake catching crappie most of the time. In the meantime I'll use whatever I have in my garage. Today I'm thinking of buying two h rail universal mounting plate and install at rear handle and attach 1 x 6 plate. I can use it this memorial weekend bay fishing at Topsail NC or Carolina beach. Let me know if you are fishing there this weekend or somewhere close so I can tag along. Back to the mount, the Two HRail mounting plate may not be strong enough so I'm adding PVC pipe bolted to the upper part of the 1x6 wood extended all the way to the stainless pad eye, the one beside the rudder control box.

i really need to have TM this memorial weekend so here's the fastest I can think of. It's either I continue to use this until I completed raising 1800.00 for Torqeedo from selling excess stuff in my garage. I can easily remove this mount if I decide to go out human powered.

All the parts are from my garage except for the 2 h rail universal mounting plate. I can turn left and right using my extension handle and i have two ropes attached to the TM. One to raise it up and one to hold the bottom unit for reverse.
