So here's where I am...the rubber nose-piece came off my Costas (new in 2014) but they no longer carry my frame. No problem, they will give me a new style for a small (<$12) fee. Sounds great except my prescription lens from my old frame won't fit the new frame. Bottom line, new frames for free (great), new lens for $600 (not so great).

You have to get their lens through an optometrist and that's their price. It's my understanding the prescription lens are "fair traded" so the price is the same everywhere.

Does any one have different information? My lens are progressive, mirrored green with amber tint and are 580P in Trivex so I know they aren't cheap. I paid about a third less the first time and hate to pay this much because of a product defect forcing me to change frames.
