The PA-12 has a Vantage ST seat, order P/N 84507561 (bottom control line) and maybe a spare one too.
The back control line is P/N 84507551.
For a temporary fix, you should be able to use some 1/8" diameter, woven nylon line to secure the seat bottom.
I think Hobie uses a woven spectra line and this is really tough stuff.....Have you looked at the location of the break and where it contacted the seat, to be sure something sharp did not cause the line to break?
